THE ADOPTION PROCESS
From Our Family To Yours
My puppies are ready for their forever homes between 9-11 weeks of age.
If your puppy is not ready in that time frame, I will keep the pup until ready.
At this point, the puppy has had one well check-up by a licensed vet, been dewormed multiple times
and had the first round of the DHPP vaccine.
The dewclaws will be intact. I do not recommend the removal the puppy's dewclaws.
Follow up vaccines are due 3-4 weeks after the first DHPP vaccine was administered.
By this time, the puppy is with the new forever family and the second round of vaccines are the responsibility of the new owner.
All puppies still in my care will continue to receive up to date care including vaccines as required for the health of the puppy.
The new owner is required to take the puppy to the vet within 7 days of pick up to confirm the puppy is healthy, at which point, owner should discuss with their vet when the 2nd round of vaccines are needed as well as anything additional your new furry family member may need.
The puppy's vet visit, vaccine records and registration paperwork will be in the gift bag received from me upon pick up.

Airport Meet Up
Airport meet up is a courtesy service by me at no additional charge to you.
Puppy and I will meet at the Richmond VA airport if you decide to fly in and pick up at the airport.
(Richmond International Airport in Richmond Virginia is an hour to an hour and a half drive for me depending on traffic)
Flight Carry-On:
You may choose to fly to Richmond VA and take the puppy aboard the return flight as a carry-on. With the carry-on option, You will be responsible for all flight details/arrangements including booking and all associated costs.

*** It is YOUR responsibility to be aware of the airline/flight requirements. ***

Hello!
My name is Shari,
AKA, the Papillon Lady,
AKA, The Obedient Owner - we all know pappy's rule the house :)
I don't remember what it's like to not have dogs!
I've grew up in Virginia and had dogs my entire life.
Big ones, little ones and everything in between.
Oh, but Papillons...
they are so much more than dogs,
they are furry little people!
I fell in love with papillons years ago when my mother-in-law gave my daughter a purebred papillon. I was amazed with the intelligence and loyalty of this furry little four legged person.
I quickly found out...Papillons are like pringles....you can't have just one!
So we sought out a male purebred "just in-case" we might want to have puppies down the road, lol...
And once again, we were amazed!
After countless hours, days, weeks of reading and learning about this wonderful breed , I knew we had to have these fur-babies around all the time.
I’ve been breeding Purebred Papillons for years and I love every minute of it.
Its a family affair.
My husband is just as smitten with them as I am and the kids love having puppies around all the time too.
We fell in love with this breed and had to share them with the world!
